Hi Nora. I will stick my neck out on this. I have some questions. First I dont know of any pond cleaners Its not like cleaning a swiming pool. Its high risk Koi can be lost. Why do you think you need it cleaned out. What is your problem with it before I give you my opinion . I have had a pond for 40 or so years and have had just about every problem related to a pond. Did you want it drained and cleaned which is to late in the season to do. Or just tidy it up. Knowing what you expect will help.
