NOTE: We have included a 72-hour clause in the option for your protection and so you don’t feel like you’ve totally tied up your property. What the clause means is that you can continue to market your property as before and take offers. If you get a bona fide offer then send the offer to us and we have 7 days to exercise the option. If we don’t then the option becomes null and void and you are free to sell to the other buyer. This means:
