Reminder to all members of ECS

Just a quick reminder that you are to call or email your coach directly if you are missing practice. Missed practices are not to be psoted on the message board!!!

We ask for 24 hours notice if you are missing practice, and also, if you let your coach know AFTER practice why you were not there this is still considered an unexcused missed practice.

All coaches emails can be found on the contact page on the front pages of the site, and the club phone number is there as well.
