Glad the site is up & running again. Have always enjoyed reading the bird sightings including those of grumpy Mr M. Always made me wish I could get to Thanet more often. The last time I went it was misty!

Real shame you have closed the site, I have very much enjoyed reading it on a dialy basis, and making the odd contribution. Thank you for all of your hard work, it was appreciated.

Love the site, but get so annoyed with the idiot who clearly thinks that Pegwell Bay nature reserve is his private property. Newsflash Phil M, it isn't. When the weather is nice people like to go down there with their kids, and dogs, its called getting out and about. If you don't like noise, buy a pair of earplugs. I see plenty when down there with my child, so unlike you, the birds obviously don't care.
