We like to thank Anna and Malcolm for the lovely stay we've had in their b&b. It was like home away from home. They are both very dedicated to ensure that the b&b is run fantastic. They are proud of the beautiful rooms and we enjoyed the lovely local breakfast which they make so nice. The welcome is heartwarming. We stayed in the four-poster room with the extra bed for our son, he immediately got the choice the next day, to move to a room for himself. We have stayed in many b&b's across the world but this was definitely the number ONE. We would recommend it to all our friends, it is a pleasure to stay there.

We stayed at The Oaklands the last night during our trip in north Wales. This is a very nice B&B. When we were leaving we got the advice to spend our day in Chester and we had a lovely day there. It was really worth seeing.

My friend Kayla and I stayed in this lovely B&B on Saturday 22nd May. After leaving Bristol at 04.30, climbing Snowdon and arriving at 17:30 the friendliness of Malcolm and Anna and the extreme comfort of the beds made us feel really welcome, it truely was a home from home and definately what was needed - especially as there is a pub aprrox 10 yards away (which was quiet, but it didn't serve food which would have made it perfect, though apparently it will be soon?). Malcolm were both very helpful with tips on the nearest cashpoint (you need to settle up with cash or a cheque) and where to eat. Unfortunately we ignored their advice on going to the The Tetbury, and regretted it the next day as we drove past it as it looked like a lovely place. We'd definately recommend this B&B to anyone visiting North Wales as it is a warm, cosy, friendly, hospitable place with some of the kindest hosts I've ever met. Thank you!.

Beryl and I stayed with Anna and Mal in September. It was indeed a home from home, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The warm welcome, touring advice and the breakfast provided were all of the highest standard. We would strongly recommend staying there and would certainly stay there again.

Good luck Anna and Mal, you've earned it and deserve it!!!

Would recommend this B&B. Anna & Malcolm are very friendly & make you feel really welcome. We had the 4 poster room which is huge. The breakfast is lovely & nicely cooked.A nice clean place to explore the beautiful surroundings. The pontycysllte aquaduct is a 10 minute walk away. Would certainly stay again
